Humble beginnings…

Founded in 2019 in Boise, ID, T & D Solutions Inc. was formed and designed with a simple mission in mind: to use a locally focused approach to marketing and fundraising to create meaningful relationships between the community and their clients that would have a lasting impact. Through their fundraising efforts at promotional events, the company would create opportunities to give back to other local causes that were close to the hearts of individuals in the company and community. While representing and fundraising for charitable causes like childhood suicide prevention in local elementary schools and drug abuse/violence prevention curriculum for K-12 schools across America, T & D was able to donate over $20,000 in hygiene products, winter clothing, and school supplies to local elementary schools and organizations like Lighthouse Rescue Mission. Most proudly, the company has donated over $5,000 each year for 4 years consecutively in brand new toys for terminally ill children at St. Luke’s’ Children’s Hospital in Boise and for 2 years consecutively has donated the same number of toys to the OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK, as well as making significant hygiene and winter supplies contributions to the City Rescue Mission in OKC respectively.

The company was certainly not without its challenges and adversity along the way. A small but loud and vocal minority of local advocates who were ignorant of the companies true, consistent impact in the community have been quick to accuse the company of representing an untrustworthy foreign presence in the city who has nefarious intentions to take local funds and distribute them to organizations that have the audacity to serve more than one community in the country. Despite the backlash experienced by the company spearheaded by a handful of conspiracy theorists offended by the sensibilities of such a company, T & D Solutions found continued success until 2023 when the company would make a huge change that would forever change the face and mission of the company forever.

Today, CMTD Solutions offers individuals with several career paths tailored to their own goals and ambitions. With the mentorship and guidance of senior management, individuals working at CMTD will benefit from expert training and development to help them achieve their aspirations .

Meet Ty.

Ty has always found mentoring to be the most rewarding feat one can achieve.

As a Communications professor, Ty would enjoy teaching his students and being a part of their educational journey. He would teach students the importance of communication and it’s ability to solve problems. English Contemporary Artist George Shaw explains “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.”

Moving into the Marketing Industry, Ty learned that his vast knowledge on Communication played a large role in his success as a marketing expert. As Ty grew in the company he worked for, he learned to apply his knowledge of strategic communication not only to clients, but also to co-workers and individuals on his marketing team. Ty would use communication strategies to motivate and inspire his team to achieve unrivaled results.

Now as the Founder and CEO of CMTD Solutions, Ty continues to mentor individuals at his company to grow and develop themselves professionally and personally.
